PERMAH: The Modern Wellbeing Blueprint

Start on a path to greater physical, mental and emotional wellbeing by learning the fundamentals of the PERMAH model, a framework of Positive Psychology that encompasses Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, and Health. In this workshop we will explore a range of topics such as managing relationships, finding meaning and setting goals. Learn to develop the skills and knowledge to take charge of your own wellbeing and hold yourself accountable.

WORKSHOP 2

Eat Sleep Move: Master The Basics Of Wellbeing

This workshop is designed to help you master the basics of wellbeing through nutrition, exercise and sleep. In this workshop you will learn about the impact of physical practices on mental health and how to implement positive changes. We will explore a range of topics such as the connection between gut health and mental health, sleep hygiene and what happens to the brain when we move. You’ll also learn how to create an individualised plan, with manageable goals to set yourself up for success.

This workshop is designed to help you use wellbeing techniques to beat burnout and find satisfaction at work. We’ll cover strategies that will help you set up your day for success and maximise your productivity whilst managing stress. Finally, you will get tips on how to beat burnout and find balance within your career.
