While the habits that build a healthy lifestyle are the same regardless of gender, men face a few unique challenges when it comes to their health and wellness. Many Aussie men are struggling with issues such as burnout, stress, addiction and lack of emotional support. Along with the unfortunate perception that ‘wellness’ is only for women.


We developed the Men’s Reboot Program to help men get mentally strong, emotionally fit and find a happier balance in life.

Take control of your health and wellbeing.

The Men's Reboot program is designed to help men who are struggling with:


  • Stress or burnout
  • Addiction – whether it be substance, work, gambling, sex or any other unhealthy dependency
  • Physical health and fitness
  • Motivation or direction
  • Building healthy habits


Through an 8-week program of physical training and health coaching, we’ll help you take control of your health through one-on-on physical training and health coaching.

The program

Men's Reboot is an 8-week program, including weekly one-on-one sessions which can be completed in person or via zoom.


Each weekly session will consist of 45 minutes of personal training, plus 45 minutes of health coaching.


Each session will focus on a different aspect of holistic wellness.
