Men's Reboot program
Take control of your health and wellbeing.
The Men's Reboot program is designed to help men who are struggling with:
- Stress or burnout
- Addiction – whether it be substance, work, gambling, sex or any other unhealthy dependency
- Physical health and fitness
- Motivation or direction
- Building healthy habits
Our 8-week program combines physical training and health coaching to empower you to take control of your health and achieve lasting transformation.

The program
Men's Reboot is an 8-week program, including weekly one-on-one sessions which can be completed in person or via zoom.
Each weekly session will consist of
- 45 minutes of personal training,
- plus 45 minutes of health coaching.
Each session will focus on a different aspect of holistic wellness.
